Spring: In the day it is usually 30 to 60 degrees and overnight is usually 20 degrees.

It was made a park in 1872.

Ulysses S. Grant along with U.S Congress established Yellowstone as a national park,

Yellowstone was the first national park. It was at one time a place were Native Americans lived sadly that made a few animals extinct because it was used as hunting grounds for the indians to.

It was the first national park made in the United states.

In 1988 Yellowstone had its biggest fire. It started out as one lightning bolt hitting a tree it burned part of some pine trees they were following a natural burn policy but it got out of control they used 9,500 fire fighters
it was a tragic loss for them.
